It’s normal to hate your job from time to time. Sometimes, there are factors that will simply get you frustrated and after resting on the weekend a bit, everything will be back to normal. However, you have to seriously think about your future as to whether or not you will continue to be happy with the company. Here are some things you should know as far as whether or not your job is still worth keeping.

Falling into all kinds of illnesses is not a good sign. You need to understand that there are several reasons for you to get sick, after taking your lifestyle and your home into consideration and find that they are not the reason, then maybe it’s your job that needs to go. When your mental health is good, it reflects on your physical health. If the frequency of all sorts of illnesses increases, then it is time that you leave your job.

Another factor is productivity. If you are simply not passionate about what you are doing, then productivity will suffer. You used to be driven and want everything to be accomplished before the deadline but most of the time these days, you just hang out on social medias and watching videos. Doing this too much means that you should look for a different line of work.

It is difficult to be with your co-workers. Wherever you go, there will always be people that are hard to handle. There are also bullies in some workplaces. If you can no longer tolerate these kinds of things in the workplace whether from your co-worker or the boss itself, then it is time for you to go. Keep in mind that there are many jobs for people that are willing to work.

No longer getting enough sleep is another good sign. It’s normal to dread Monday but if you can no longer sleep because of the dreadfulness, the normal goes out the window. A happy worker always look forward to getting back to work on Mondays.

One more sign is when you no longer want to go to work. In case you are wondering, the answer is no, this will not pass off. Quitting your job is basically all that you can do at this point because it would be pointless for you to continue doing something you don’t want to do.

Finally, the best indicator that you should really quit your job is when you are already in the process of looking for a new one. The fact of the matter is that you would not be looking into these kinds of things if you are not considering the act of leaving your job behind because there is simply a reason that makes you unhappy about it. If you have these signs, then you should quit your job.
